Data Governance is our integrated platform’s MDM (Master Data Management) module. It is used to model your master data repositories, determine your data quality criteria, automatically generate user interfaces and data acquisition/exposure web services, and begin your work on data integration.

With the Data Governance module, you first model your data repositories, using a purpose-built, mouse-controlled graphical interface. You then set out your data management and quality rules, and the platform automatically generates all the screens, forms and user interfaces intended for end-users and data officers, together with the web services handling data acquisition and exposure to the rest of the information system.
The platform has no restrictions as regards the databases hosting your master data repositories, whether they are SQLServer, DB2, Oracle Postgres, and so on.
In addition, by means of customisable portals, you can easily manage data lifecycles and traceability, de-duplication, trans-codification, etc.
In fact, duplicate data can be removed using any of the large number of algorithms provided in the module; these can be combined depending the functional rules you wish to apply.
